Services offered on or through AdSeen Website may require you to open an account. Any genuine person with full active legal information or any legal person may apply for an AdSeen Account. To get service access as Publisher and/or Advertiser you need to register an account on the AdSeen Platform.
To open an AdSeen Account and start using AdSeen services you must provide your real name(s) and full personal and/or company registration information including payment data if required. All information you provide upon registration must be accurate and up-to-date. You may not provide any false information, or create an account for anyone other than yourself without respective authorization. The representative of a legal person making the AdSeen Account on behalf of the legal person must ensure that they have all the necessary rights and powers to do that.
When registering on the website to create an account, you acknowledge and confirm that you are at least 18 years old or under the jurisdiction of your country of residence, your age allows you to use the service, and you are fully capable and fully agree with these Terms of Use. If you represent the interests of a legal entity for the purpose of which you create an account, you hereby certify that you are a legal representative of this legal entity. For a period of one month, the account holder can view interactive reports which are part of the reporting system of Adseen.net. In all cases, we will embrace regularly used procedure and practices to guide and measure the traffic. This Agreement and the subsequent relationship between Adseen.net and advertisers and / or the webmasters shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the India.
Adseen.net grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive limited license to use the Website in order to implement advertisement activities, but does not entitle you to any other commercial activities or otherwise use the Website or any part thereof. Your license is valid until the termination of the use of the Website. This license will terminate if you fail to comply with any terms of use of the Website. Additionally, Adseen.net will have no obligation to provide you notice of such termination. Adseen.net, as the owner of the Website, also has other rights in addition to the above.
