Privacy Policy

Payments Policy

Users must provide their real name and surname during the registration process. When requesting a money withdrawal via credit/debit card, the name and surname provided in the personal account must match the name and surname on the card. If there is any discrepancy between the stated names, the withdrawal transaction will be rejected. AdSeen does not make payments to third parties. Payments to Creator/Publisher are made once a month by AdSeen through a payment gateway transfer to their bank account or bank card. The terms of payments may be subject to change at the discretion of AdSeen. The minimum payment amount is $10 USD or INR1000. If the balance is below this threshold, the amount will be carried forward to the next payment cycle.
AdSeen assumes no liability and provides no guarantees regarding the timely and proper functioning of the banking payment system or the payment process. It is the responsibility of the creator/publisher to supply accurate and valid payment details. If the payment details are incorrect or if the creator/publisher changes their payment details, it is their responsibility to notify AdSeen via mail at least 3 days before the payment due date. The Webmaster is responsible for any payment fees or bank commissions that may be incurred.
AdSeen reserves the right to refuse processing a payment or place a payment hold on any part of the Creator/Publisher's account for any reason. This includes situations where AdSeen reasonably suspects a breach of the Terms of Use. Creator/Publisher has to complete the commitment and agreement made with advertiser. AdSeen also has the right to set-off any amount owed by the creator/publisher, including for breaches of the Terms of Use.
AdSeen assumes no responsibility for paying taxes on payments made to creator/publisher. It is the complete and sole responsibility of the Webmaster to pay all applicable taxes in their country of residence resulting from their participation in the AdSeen Advertising Network. In certain cases, AdSeen may withhold all payments until the necessary tax documentation is received from the creator/publisher.
AdSeen holds the responsibility, at its sole and reasonable discretion, for calculating statistics and payments. This includes impressions, unique clicks, actions, and revenue generated on or through the Webmaster's website, as applicable.


Refund policy

Refund could be applied only upon written request containing reasons for your refund to refund@Adseen.net in following cases:

  • Ad campaign cannot be launched due to reasons included but not limited to noncompliance of the advertising materials with the requirements of current legislation, unacceptable quality and/or content of the creative, other reasons deemed applicable by Adseen administration
  • The Advertiser may request to stop the campaign. In such an event the Advertiser must request all the advertisements to be locked first, campaign be stopped and send a request to refund@Adseen.net.
  • Refund will be made in the amount of unused funds. Amount must be calculated based off Adseen`s reporting system.
  • A refund request will be considered legitimate Only if it has been sent from the email used for Advertiser’s account registration.
  • Refund is not acceptable in case the Advertiser breaches the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy or other terms and conditions agreed by the parties.

Disclaimer

Under no circumstances does Adseen.net assume responsibility for the uninterrupted operation of the Website. Maintenance activities may occur at any time. The Website is not liable for the actions of Webmasters in any situation. Adseen.net reserves the right to block Webmasters at any time, without providing reasons, and withhold payments if there is suspicion of actions that violate the website and advertisement campaign rules. Adseen.net may block advertisers if the content of the advertising materials violates the rights of third parties, as determined by the Website, or in cases of payment delays. The statistics on advertisement activity conducted on the Website are considered the sole reliable source of data.


Excuse of non-performance

Neither party shall be held liable for failure or delay in fulfilling their obligations under this Agreement due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to force majeure events such as fires, hurricanes, war, governmental actions, strikes, labor disputes, earthquakes, natural disasters, or any other natural or man-made causes that are beyond the reasonable control of the party affected.
